Seared Chicken

Serves 4, 114 calories per serving

Ingredients:

  • 4-4 oz. skinless chicken breast fillets
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 1/3 tsp. Thyme, ground
  • 1 tsp. Canola Oil

Instructions:

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper and thyme.
  2. In a heated saucepan, add oil and sear chicken for about 5 minutes.
  3. Finish cooking chicken in the oven, baking at 375 degrees for about 10 minutes or until done.
