- 1/3 cup diced potatoes
- 4 ounces sea bass, butterflied
- 1 roma tomato, sliced
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sliced scallions
- 1/2 cup broccoli florets
- Place potatoes in a
microwave safe dish, cover and cook on high for 2 minutes.
- Layer remaining ingredients,
in order, on top of potatoes.
- Cover and cook on high in
microwave for approximately 3 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a
fork and potatoes are tender.
