Chocolate Tea Cake Recipe

3 Tbsp Any New Age Health Spa Tea
1 Cup Boiling Water
½ Cup Corn Oil
3 Eggs
2 Cups Organic Cane Sugar
4 Ounces Unsweetened Chocolate, melted and cooled
1 Cup Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
1 Cup All Purpose Wheat Flour
1 Tsp Baking Soda
1 Tsp Baking Powder
¼ Tsp Table Salt
½ Cup Non Fat Plain Yogurt

Instructions
Heat over to 350 degrees. Spray a 12x12” pan with cooking spray. Brew 3 tbsps of tea in 1 cup of water for the recommended amount of time. Strain tea, discard tea leaves and set aside.

Using a mixer, beat the corn oil, eggs, and organic cane sugar until incorporated. Add about ½ cup of the egg mixture to the melted chocolate and egg mix thoroughly. Add all of the chocolate mixture back to the egg mixture. Add the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, yogurt, and brewed tea. Mix until incorporated.

Pour batter into prepared pan and bake 30-35 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with a few crumbs attached. Remove from oven and let cool.
