Key Lime Pie

Serves 12
1 ½ cups reduced fat graham crackers, crumbled
1 Tablespoon light butter, melted
6 oz. Reduced fat cream cheese
8 oz. fat free cream cheese
1 pkg. plain gelatin
¾ cup lime juice
1 teaspoon lime zest
14 oz. Fat free sweetened condensed milk
1 cup fat free sour cream
1 cup fat free Kool-Whip
½ cup powdered sugar
Combine crumbs and butter, then press into a sprayed 9” springform pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Puree cream cheeses until smooth. Sprinkle gelatin over
lime juice and let sit 10 minutes. Warm just enough to dissolve gelatin, then combine with cream cheeses along with zest and milk. Pour into the
springform. Combine remaining ingredients. Spread over pie. Chill 4 hours.
