Honey Glazed Pork
Loin
(Serves 8)
Ingredients
3 Pounds Pork Loin, Lean
2 Tablespoons Bragg® Liquid Aminos
1/3 Cup Honey
1 Tablespoon Caraway Seed
3 Cloves Fresh Garlic
1 Teaspoon Jan-De's Seasoning®
Preparation
1. Place Loin In A Roasting Pan And Score The Top
With A Knife (About 1/8" Deep).
2. Spoon Braggs Over The Top Of The Loin And Let Sit
For About 10 Minutes.
3. To Make The Glaze, Blend Honey, Caraway Seeds, Garlic, And Jan-De's®
Until Caraway Seeds Are Slightly Ground.
4. Pour Glaze Over The Top Of The Loin And Rub It
In. Cover With A Lid Or Foil.
5. Bake At 350 Degrees For Two Hours.
